Emily Dooling

  • Email: dooling.9@osu.edu
  • Pronouns: She/Her
  • Major: Marketing with a Minor in Fashion and Retail Studies
  • Year: 2nd year undergraduate student
  • Hometown: St. Louis, MO
  • Goal with career:
  • My long-term career goal is to put my all into my work. No matter where I end up working, I just want to be able to say that I am putting in all the effort I can and being the best version of myself in my work.
  • Interests: Besides school, I enjoy running, baking, swimming, shopping and spending time with friends and family
  • Role at the DLC:
  • Why did you choose to become a coach? I became an academic coach because as someone who struggles with a learning disability, I want to help others who are in similar situations as me. The Dennis Learning Center is truly what helped me the most with my transition to college and managing my ADHD, and I would love to share the wealth with as many people as I can. Whether it’s helping with study skills, getting organized, or even just talking, I would love to help people become the best students they can be.
