EDUCST 5194: Group Studies: Educational Studies (Topic: Procrastination)
This 1-credit, 7-week course is open to any Ohio State student seeking to better understand and address procrastination. Weekly meetings will cover research-based methods for overcoming procrastination and provide opportunities to set goals, practice applying strategies, and report back on challenges and accomplishments in a supportive setting. This course is modeled on the Procrastination Accountability Groups approach at Wayne State University developed by Zeina Ghoul and the work of Ozer, Demir, and Ferrari. Graded S/U.

- Weekly and daily planning
- New habits and mental rehearsal
