The Dennis Learning Center (DLC) supports students’ academic success at The Ohio State University. If you would like to refer an Ohio State student to the DLC, please complete the following form. An academic coach from the Dennis Learning Center will reach out to the student to offer support.
The student you are referring will be emailed with your name and contact information as the source of the referral to the DLC. We encourage you to be transparent with students you are referring to us and discuss the referral with them prior to completing this form.
