Help Yourself: Tips for using Ohio State’s Academic Support Services

It can also be hard to work up the courage to reach out to others, especially when we don’t know them. In this workshop, representatives from six Academic Support Services at Ohio State will share their stories of help-seeking and tips on how great students ask for help.
