Why did you choose to become a coach? I wanted to become a coach to normalize the feelings we go through during our graduate programs, such as imposter syndrome, feeling behind, or feeling unmotivated. I think there is power in acknowledging that these feelings exist because then we can find strategies and tools to mitigate them.
